Let your inner artist out at our workshop with Molly Hashimoto. Molly is a Seattle-based artist and author. Her book, Colors of the West: An Artist's Guide to Nature's Palette, was released in September 2017 by Mountaineers Books. This evening, Molly will present a short slide show about her book Colors of the West: An Artist's Guide to Nature's Palette. She'll share her methods of painting and sketching the landscapes and wildlife of the west. Then after the slide show, you're invited to try out some of the techniques with artist-quality materials, examples to look at, and lots of hands-on help from Molly. Beginners welcome! Materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
There will be a $5 registration fee and space for this event is limited. Please register for ALL participants. Please email Leigh Hiura if you are no longer able to attend, have questions about the meeting, or need assistance with the registration fee.
